Annual Book Sale

The Friends of HTFL will host their Annual Book and Bake Sale Saturday, September 27th and Sunday, September 28th.

Join the Friends in the Community Room Saturday, September 27th from 10am-5pm. Most books range from $.50-$2.00.

Sunday, Stepember 28th is BARGAIN DAY from 1-5pm, $6.00 a bag!

Friends Members ONLY are invited to a preview sale on Friday, September 26th from 6-9pm. Join at the door if you aren't already a member!

All proceeds fund specific library initiatives and collections that benefit YOU!

We welcome and encourage all community members to join and participate in promoting and enriching the value of this wonderful community resource as outlined in the following Mission Statement:

The FRIENDS of the Haverford Township Free Library is a nonprofit group of citizens who work together

To stimulate a greater interest in and use of the library

To acquaint the community with the functions, resources, facilities, and needs of the library

To promote and enrich the services of the library

To encourage and administer library gifts, donations, and memorials of individuals and organizations in such a manner that does not diminish the need for public funding of the library

To coordinate information to the community on issues of library legislation

To expand the role of the Haverford Township Free Library in the cultural and educational development of the township

To ensure the existence of the Haverford Township Free Library for years to come.

You can join or make a donation by printing this form and leaving them at the front desk of the library or mailing them in. You may pay by cash or check.
